Shiva Natarajan is the founder of popular restaurants such as Dhaba, Chola, Thelewala, Kokum, Malai Marke, Chote Nawab, and Haldi. He showcased food from several regions of India, such as Kerala, Lucknow, Calcutta, Chennai, Hyderabad and Punjab.
His restaurants were highly acclaimed by New York Times, NY Magazine, Zagat and many others. TV channels such as Fox, ABC and NBC featured the restaurants also.
Shiva also opened several Thai and mexican restaurants that also went on to earn a lot of popularity.
In 2015, Shiva sold his businesses to move on to writing cookbooks and starting his own sauces business. Restaurants were sold to Michelin star chef Hemant Mathur.
